If you have received an industry-specific reference number, you will find an applicant pool that contains all applicant profiles of the pool. The individual profiles show all master data, details of qualifications, work experience, other valuable information as well as CV, picture and references. If you want to use personality matching or know how well a candidate fits into your work culture, you can use the sorting function to rank the best job candidates up front.

In the profile overview you can see all relevant information. With the CV and references you receive from the applicant after payment and via the contact details, you can contact the applicant directly. If you have found the applicant via an industry-specific reference code, simply contact the contact from whom you received the code with the contact details or contact the applicant directly.
